We have 2 little girls who need things to do every minute of the day.  The girls have left many of their toys in a closet at the house and are happy to share.    There is a DVD player built-in to flat screen TV's in each bedroom in case you need a break:-).  Almost every day Ana asks when we pick her up from daycare "going to the beach?"  Your kids will love it too!

We also just added a gate to the small grassy back yard which is now fully enclosed and receives very little sun.  The second floor balcony is covered, does not have stairs and is a safe place for your pet to enjoy the Gulf breeze in the shade.
