Yes.  We typically don't rent to vacationing students under 25.  We have made exceptions in the past for responsible groups willing to jump through some extra hoops.  Contact us to find out if we can work something out for you.

Let us know your dates, how many guests (adults, children and pets), the name of the person signing the agreement and we will send you the rental agreement and confirmation along with instructions for finalizing your reservation. 

Check out our rates page for details.  The combined Florida state and county tax rate is currently 11%.  There is a cleaning fee of $75 and a pet fee of $150 if you stay more than 4 days or $75 if you stay 4 days or less.  There is a reservation deposit of $200 that converts to a damage deposit when you check in and is refundable after you check out provided there are no damages.

There is a $200 reservation deposit required for us to reserve your dates.  This deposit turns into a damage deposit when you check in.  It is fully refundable after you check out provided there are no damages.  You can make your reservation deposit by selecting the PayPal button on our rates page.

50% of the balance is due 60 days in advance of your check in date and the remainder is due 14 days in advance of your check in date.  If you are making a reservation inside of 60 days or 14 days you will need to make the payments that would have been due if you had booked sooner.

When we send you a rental agreement and confirmation for your signature we will also send you invoices from PayPal through which you can pay electronically via credit card, debit card or PayPal.  We also accept personal checks if you are renting enough in advance.

Check in is after 3pm and check out is by 11am.  On occassion we don't have guests checking out the day you are checking in so we will let you know if you can check in early!

It is a 90 second walk to the beach!  You can see the water from the house.

6 people.  There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and private bathrooms as well as a queen sleeper sofa with a full bath on the main floor.

Yes, but there are only 8 homes in the community and we have only ever run into other people at the pool one time since we have owned it.

Yes, there is a small fenced back yard that is shaded.  The balcony can get very hot so we put our dogs in the back to lounge outside when the sun is on the balcony.

It is difficult to reach us via phone.  We both work and have little kids, so the best way to contact us is via email.  We will respond as soon as we are able.  Then we can respond late at night if necessary without worrying about returning calls too late.
