We typically only offer discounts if the Beach House is not rented at the last minute or due to late cancellations. We rarely have any last minute deals from the last week of May until mid-August as we are usually booked solid.

renters under 25
Security Deposit
We had some serious issues when we made exceptions for renters under 25 for the 2010 Spring Break season. In an effort, to find responsible renters, we are offering to rent to under age renters provided a security deposit of $750 is provided. If there are no issues, it will be returned. Its a win win for everyone! We hope that only responsible renters will be willing to take us up on this knowing that they will have no problem getting their deposit back.
